Within 7 - 10 business days to will receive your Student Discounted Dental Plan card in the mail. Once you have received your card you can start enjoying the benefits of discounted dental treatments. If You Are Already Signed Up With The Student Discounted Dental Plan

Congratulations! Call us today to make an appointment for your initial exam and xrays. With the Student Discounted Dental Plan you will not have to pay anything for the initial visit! Take advantage of your new discount dental plan.

Step 1

If you have already signed up for the UEI Student Discounted Dental Plan you should receive your membership card in the mail within 7-10 days from the day you signed up. If you already have your membership card call (714) 527-7775 and make an appointment to see the dentist. Remember, the dental office is open from 9 a.m. to 11:55 p.m. (midnight) so you do not have to miss school or work to get dental treatment.  let the receptionist know that you need to be seen right away.

Step 2

You may download and fill out the following two forms from this website so you do not have to wait long to see the dentist. Bring these forms with you when you come to your dental appointment along with a photo ID. If you are not able to print these forms do no worry, you can fill out these forms when you get to the dental office.
